How and when should I take TAMIFLU?
You should take TAMIFLU twice daily (once in the morning and once in the evening) for five days. You can take TAMIFLU with or without food. If you take it with a light snack, milk, or a meal, the potential for stomach upset may be reduced. Please notice that it is strongly advisable that you take all ten capsules (complete the entire treatment) even in case you are feeling better. Don?t offer TAMIFLU to your friends, if you they seem to have the same symptoms. It is very important that you start your treatment with TAMIFLU as soon as you have flu symptoms and after talking to your doctor.

What if I miss a dose?
In case if you forget to take your medicine at any time, you should still take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Don?t take it unless if it is near the next dose (within 2 hours). You should continue to take TAMIFLU at the usual times. Don?t take a double-dose of TAMIFLU. But if you have missed more then one dose, inform your doctor upon it and follow the advice received.
